Print: A Bookstore is excited to be coordinating sales for Maddie Frost's school visits with Pond Cove May 2nd through the 5th!
Maddie Frost is a children's author-illustrator from Massachusetts. She has illustrated TONS of books and is now working on her seventh author-illustrated title called, WOMBATS! An early reader graphic novel publishing in 2023. Let's give it up for underrated marsupials!
Growing up in the 90's she wore a lot of flannel shirts and watched A LOT of Nickelodeon cartoons. Those shows have 100% made her the storyteller she is today. Her books focus on funny characters and are packed with heart. Most of Maddie's ideas come from insecure places that are spun into a hilarious story. She uses her anxious and worried brain to make art and relate to readers of all ages. If she could be any animal she would be a bird-mermaid. A mer-bird. A bir-maid.
When Maddie is not making books, she's hanging out with her two pups, Mozzy and Remy. You can meet them on their puppy page!
If families are interested in purchasing copies of Ms. Frost's books they can place an order with Print: A Bookstore. Use code PONDCOVE to have 20% of your purchase donated to the school library in the form of store credit. The code will expire on 5/31.
Orders placed by Friday, April 29th will be delivered to the school and can be signed and personalized by Ms. Frost. Please select "School Pick Up" while putting in shipping information and in the order comments please include the following information to ensure your order gets into the right hands:
- Student Name
- School Name
- Classroom Teacher
- Whether you would like the book signed to anyone
If you do not include that information in the order comments, the books will be held at the store for you to pick up.
Orders placed after Friday, April 29th can either be mailed to your home or picked up at the bookstore.
